No! The lone exception may be a tubal pregnancy (ectopic) which is fatal to the mother if the child is not removed and always fatal to the child even when the baby is not removed. Ectopic pregnancies have risen sharply since legalized abortion because a previous abortion procedure often causes scare tissue to build up in the fallopian tube which can block new eggs from getting to the uterus, thus the embryo implants in the tube.
